At an exciting press conference with a dramatic rooftop entrance by helicopter, St. Joseph’s Health announced the official opening of Care Flight, a medical helipad which provides faster and easier access to St. Joseph’s top-rated cardiovascular emergency care and certified primary stroke center. Care Flight is located on top of the hospital’s 98-foot-tall building on North State Street in Syracuse, NY.

Care Flight is the latest addition to the St. Joseph’s Health Cardiovascular Institute. St. Joseph’s Health Hospital is one of the top six hospitals in the nation for cardiac care and is certified as a Primary Stroke Center.
