Three Strategic Communications consultants have been quoted in recent public relations textbooks for their expertise in the industry:
President Crystal DeStefano provided examples of her proven media pitches for various scenarios in the third edition of the textbook “Social Media: How to Engage, Share, and Connect.”
Consultant Kelly Gaggin prepared selected supplementary materials for instructors and students, including quizzes, in the textbook “Public Relations Campaigns: An Integrated Approach.”
And Analyst Jack Pflanz discussed the importance of honesty and transparency in public relations, including how to take on the role of an advocate, in the ethics textbook “A Practical Guide to Ethics in Public Relations.”
All three textbooks were written by Syracuse University assistant professor Dr. Regina Luttrell.
